Please read the terms and conditions for ordering tickets through our company. You will be required to agree to these policies prior to placing your order online or by phone. If you have any questions or do not understand, please call our office.

Prime Seat Tickets is not affiliated with Ticket Master or any other ticket company or venue. Prime Seat Tickets LLC is a company engaged in the business of buying and selling "First Rate" tickets at a premium for all local and national events. ALL PRICES CHARGED BY PRIME SEATS REFLECTS OUR COST OF OBTAINING PREFERRED SEATING OVER THE FACE OF THE TICKET. Orders placed by Internet or Phone and charged to your credit card are final sales as communicated to you via phone orders or internet agreement. This agreement does replace a credit card charge draft and the Facsimile copy will serve as your original copy.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS OR EXCHANGES. Prime Seat Tickets is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets and rescheduled events or time changes. Prime Seat Tickets is not responsible for seating changes made by venue or unusual stage setups that may hamper view.

All Ticket Orders are subject to availability. Orders are not guaranteed immediate delivery. We reserve the right to deliver tickets prior to the day of the event. All online orders placed after 5pm central standard time or on weekends may not be processed until the following business day.

All Texas Events are subject to an 8.25% sales tax.

Please note: In the event a chargeback has been made, a fee of 50 dollars will be charged to the credit card pending the outcome of the dispute. If the credit card company sides with the cardholder, the fee of 50 dollars will be fully reimbursed. If we win the dispute, the fee will be withheld as a result of any efforts used to address the issue.

Customer Refund Policies On Cancelled Events
There is a $10.00 per ticket service charge that will not be refunded on cancelled events. Mailing and delivery charges are non refundable. The refund will be issued back to the original credit card used for the purchase.
Requested Refunds must be made within 10 days of Event cancellation. The request must include the ORIGINAL INVOICE plus the tickets. Only the original purchaser can make this request for refund. No exceptions.
