Ticket Order Information

Regular Ticket Orders

These are tickets for specific dates and seating arrangements, such as current concerts, theater and sporting events during regular season games. You will find a complete listing of available tickets in our online inventory and may choose to buy these tickets online or by phone. Our inventory is updated regularly, however, in the event the tickets you ordered are not available, we will offer the option of selecting similar or upgraded seating at no extra charge.

When you want to purchase tickets online, you will be taken to a list of available dates and venues for that event. Select the "View Tickets" link next to the date of the event you want to attend. You will be shown available seats and ticket prices along with a seating chart to help you find the tickets you want. To purchase tickets, click on the "Add To Cart" button next to the seats you prefer and you will be taken to our secure server to complete the transaction.

Regular ticket orders are confirmed and processed within two days. We will notify you when you order has been confirmed and let you know when it will be shipped out. Please contact us at 1-800-550-7556 if failure to receive email confirmation should occur. Shipping is via Federal Express, which may be upgraded to Overnite or Express at the time of checkout.

General Seating Tickets

We offer the option of pre-ordering (buying tickets in advance) for special events such as the Super Bowl, Final Four, etc., to insure you have the option of getting the seats you want before they are sold out.

Seating for pre-orders is more general and grouped in specific categories. When you purchase your tickets, you are guaranteed seats located together in area you have selected at the price shown when your order is confirmed.

When you purchase pre-order tickets, you will be taken to a list of seating categories and ticket prices along with a seating chart to help you find the tickets you want. To purchase tickets, use the dropdown box to select the quantity you would like for that seating area. You will be taken to our secure order form to complete your transaction.

Since pre-orders are for tickets not yet available, they won't be shipped out until closer to the date of the event. For example, if you buy tickets in May for an event in September, your tickets may not be shipped out until July or August. If there is not enough time to FedEx your order prior to the date of the event, your tickets will be hand delivered to the Hotel in the city the event is taking place. We do guarantee you will receive them prior to the event. If you are traveling, we offer the option of having your order FedEx delivered to your hotel. This will require special fax authorization from the buyer.

Ticket Availability

While we do keep our online inventory updated, sometimes tickets may become unavailable. We offer the option to have your seats automatically upgraded for no additional charge if possible. Just check the "upgrade" box when placing your order.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover for online and phone orders. We also accept money orders by mail or cash in our office. If you would like to pay by check or money order, please call in your order at 1-800-550-7556 for special arrangements. We do charge a 3% credit card processing fee for all pre-orders.

For your protection, the name and billing address on your order must match your credit card exactly. CVV2 ID number is required. Shipment to an address other than your billing address or emailing your tickets will require you to email or fax a signed authorization letter that will include a copy of your government issued picture identification and a copy of both sides the credit card you used during checkout. Having someone else pick up your tickets also requires a signed authorization letter.

All Texas events are subject to an 8.25% sales tax.


Prime Seat Tickets offers secure online ordering for regular and pre-order tickets. You will see a lock in the lower right hand of your computer screen during the checkout process. This means your information is sent via encrypted technology to insure it cannot be accessed by anyone other than our company. We do not keep your information on our server after your order has been processed and never use it for any other purpose than your current order. If you feel more comfortable ordering by phone, please feel free to call in your order at 1-800-550-7556.

We will never request that you email sensitive information such as credit card numbers, etc. This is not a secure method of transfer. If you need to change any information on your order, we will request you fax an authorization form directly to our office.


Options For Regular Orders:
All regular ticket orders are shipped via FedEx unless stated otherwise. Shipping times will be emailed to you after order confirmation. Customer must sign for the envelope and we are not responsible for missed deliveries. Please contact us if you need to have your tickets delivered to a P.O. Box.

- U.S. FedEx Next Afternoon - $20.00
- U.S. FedEx Next Morning - $25.00
- International Shipping (all other countries) - $40.00

Shipping Options For Pre-Orders:
Pre-order tickets are generally shipped FedEx unless there isn't sufficient time to ship the tickets prior to the event. In that case, your tickets will be hand delivered in the city where the event is being held, prior to the event. We will notify you if tickets need to be hand delivered.

- U.S. FedEx Next Morning - $25.00
- International Shipping (all other countries) - $40.00

Since pre-order tickets are generally for time sensitive events, we only offer Next Day shipping.

Return Policy

Refunds or exchanges are offered only for event cancellations. All other sales are final.

Refunds will be issued to the credit card used during the original transaction.

If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, the cost of the tickets minus shipping and a $10.00 per ticket handling fee will be refunded to the customer. There are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges for postponements, rescheduling or time change of an event; the original tickets issued will generally be honored for the new date and time of the event.

Prime Seats is not responsible for seating changes made by venue, or unusual stage setups that may hamper view. Mailing and delivery charges are non refundable.

Prime Seats is not affiliated with Ticket Master.

Refund must be made within ten days of event cancellation otherwise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and there are no Refunds, Cancellations, or Exchanges. Prime Seats is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

Prime Seat Tickets has no control over unusual seating arrangements, scheduling or time changes. Events are subject to change at any time, so you will want to verify the time prior to attending the event. All events are listed by the local time. For example, if the event is to be held in Philadelphia, the time shown is Philadelphia time.

We reserve the right to cancel your order and give you a full refund at any time prior to delivery. Tickets are subject to price changes at any time before order confirmation. We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets once they have been delivered.
